My Marketing OS
The AI setup I use to run my ad accounts. Not a bot that touches campaigns. A watcher that reads everything, keeps the client's context, and hands me the calls that matter. Here's the whole map.
Start here
Most operators use ChatGPT or Claude with no system. A prompt here, a question there. It never sticks.
I run it as an OS instead. The AI reads the whole account, every time. It knows the client's goal. It lines up Meta and Google around the same objective. I still make every decision. I just stop wasting hours reading numbers.
The map
- Context. The client's offer, goal and history, loaded once, so the AI never guesses.
- Google. search-audit, pmax check, budget pacing.
- Meta. creative read, audience check, pacing.
- Weekly diagnosis. What changed, what it means, what to decide.
How to use it in 20 minutes
- Write the client's context once. Goal, offer, what "good" looks like.
- Export the account data. Meta, Google, whatever you run.
- Run the read. Let the AI go through all of it with that context.
- Read the diagnosis. Pick one decision. Make it.
Questions people actually ask
Is any of this going to touch my campaigns?
No. Nothing here changes a bid, a budget or a campaign. It reads, and it hands you the call. If what you want is something that acts on its own while you sleep, this is the wrong page. Better to know that before you spend an evening on it.
Do I need your software to run it?
No. It is the same Claude or ChatGPT you already have. What makes it work is writing the context once and running the same checks in the same order - not the model.
Twenty minutes seems optimistic.
Twenty minutes is the setup for one account: write the context, run the two reads, look at the diagnosis. The honest part is that the second account is faster and the fifth is where it starts paying for itself.
What breaks first?
The context file going stale. If the goal changed in March and the file still says January, everything downstream is confidently wrong. That is the maintenance, and it is the whole maintenance.
