Reporting Autopilot

Your Meta and Google marketing data, pulled on a schedule and read locally. No dashboards to babysit, no live pulls, no surprises.

Request beta access

Reporting Autopilot connects to Meta and the Google ecosystem (Ads, Analytics, Search Console) through their official APIs, with least-privilege access you authorize per account.

Key features

What it does

Once connected, it exports each account's performance data on a fixed daily schedule and keeps it locally. Your reports read that local state instead of hammering the platforms live, so numbers are stable and consistent every time you look.

What it has actually done

It runs on the accounts we manage. One of them is Expert Pericial, a legal-services firm: 104 leads at €6.73 on €699.44 of spend, with cost per lead falling month after month while the quality of those leads went up. 42 of them came from Meta, at 7.88% conversion.

Now read that honestly, because the way it is usually written is a lie. The tool did not produce those numbers. A person reading them every week did. What the tool changed is that the reading happened every week instead of whenever an hour turned up for it, and that it happened on a closed day that did not shift underneath us between Monday and Thursday. That is the entire size of the claim. Anybody selling you a bigger one is selling you something else.

What we offer

Reporting Autopilot is in private beta with a small number of accounts. If you run Meta or Google Ads and want automated, trustworthy reporting, request access and we will onboard your accounts.

FAQ

Is this another dashboard to check?

No, and that is the point. It exports one closed day on a fixed schedule and keeps it local; whatever you already report with reads that instead of pulling live. If you never open it, it still did its job.

What access does it need to my accounts?

OAuth per account, least privilege, read. Google is one login for all its services; Meta is separate. You authorise each account and you revoke it the same way, from your side.

What happens on a day a platform returns nothing?

It says so. Partial or missing coverage is labelled partial or missing, never filled in with an estimate. A number you cannot trust is worse than a gap you can see.

Private beta - what does that mean in practice?

A small number of accounts, onboarded by hand, with us on the other end when something breaks. It also means that if you were hoping to sign up and use it this afternoon, the answer today is no.
