Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request the deletion of data held by Climent Media, including data obtained through authorised integrations with third-party platforms such as Google and Meta.
Quick summary: email manuel@climentmedia.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
1. What data we may hold
- Contact data — from email or phone correspondence;
- Account data — the name, email address and company details you provide when you register in one of our applications (we only store data of clients and leads);
- Platform data — advertising and analytics metrics from Google or Meta accounts that a client has explicitly connected to our reporting systems (campaign performance, spend, measurement data);
- Project data — documents and workflow data shared with us during an engagement.
2. How to request deletion
Send an email to manuel@climentmedia.com with:
- the subject line "Data deletion request";
- the account, company or connection the request relates to;
- whether you want deletion of all data or specific items.
We may need to verify that you are the account owner or an authorised representative before acting on the request.
3. What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your request within 72 hours;
- We disconnect any related platform integrations (OAuth access is revoked);
- We delete the stored data from our systems and backups within 30 days;
- We send you written confirmation once deletion is complete.
Data we are legally required to keep (for example invoices, under Dutch tax law) is retained only for the mandatory period and then deleted.
4. Revoking platform access yourself
You can also revoke our access directly at any time:
- Google: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, select the connected app and click "Remove access";
- Meta: go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, select the integration and remove it.
Revoking access stops any further data flow immediately. To have already-exported data deleted as well, please also send us a deletion request as described above.
