Climent Ads Assistant

Self-hosted marketing reporting software for people who run Meta and Google ads. It reads every account once a day and works out what it would change. Nothing reaches a campaign until you approve it.

Eight years in ad accounts taught me I was deciding from memory like everyone else. That is why this exists.

Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 and Search Console, on your real data. Walked through in 45 minutes, and the analysis is yours either way.

What it reads

Four accounts, one pass

The numbers never agree across platforms, and reconciling them by hand is the job nobody's Monday has room for. This is the part to hand over first.

How it works

One pass a day,
and then it waits for you

Climent Ads Assistant is the platform I build and run. It connects to Meta and to the Google ecosystem: Google Ads, Google Analytics and Search Console. With the smallest set of permissions the job needs, and only for the accounts you point it at. Once a day it exports one closed day of performance data. That becomes the reporting, measurement and benchmarks I go through with clients.

The Climent Ads Assistant operator console in demo mode, showing a fictional account called Demo Dental Studio: a Providers panel listing Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console and GTM with their connection and collection status, and a Results panel with spend, conversions, cost per lead and data coverage for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
The console itself, running on the public demo: synthetic data, no real account.

An assistant, not an autopilot

Climent Ads Assistant works out what it would change and shows you first. It requests the minimum scopes the job needs, and nothing reaches your account until you approve it. There is no mode where it decides on its own and tells you afterwards.

Daily and scheduled, not live

Data is imported once per day (closed day) into private infrastructure I run. No continuous polling of your accounts, no surprise API usage.

Private and accountable

Account identifiers are stored as internal references, access is operator-approved, and how the data is handled is written down in the privacy policy and the data-deletion process.

See it on your own accounts, free

Meta and Google read together in one pass, on your real data. Nothing in your campaigns changes. Walked through in 45 minutes, and the analysis is yours whether we work together or not.

Clients

One account with numbers,
and three people who did not mention any

Expert Pericial, legal services: 104 leads at €6.73 on €699.44 of spend, cost per lead falling month after month while the quality of those leads went up. That is one account, and it is the one with figures we can stand behind rather than the biggest.

The other three said nothing with a number in it at all. After a while that stopped looking like a gap and started looking like the finding. What people notice is not the reporting, it is somebody actually reading the account. Their words:

There has been a substantial change in our work. We have had far more leads, they are doing a great job with our landing pages… very attentive and always extremely available.

Straight answers

The four questions
everybody asks first

Are you an agency or a software company?

Both, and in that order. I run paid media for clients: that is the part that pays the bills, and the part that taught me what was missing. The software is what I built because I wanted it and could not buy it, and it now runs on my own client accounts before anybody else’s. If you only want one of the two, that is fine: the agency side and the console stand on their own.

Will anything change in my campaigns?

No. Nothing here writes to an ad account. It reads, it reports, it works out what it would change, and then it waits for you. That is a design decision, not a feature I have not built yet. It is the reason the whole thing exists: the platform already knows how to target. What it does not know is your margin, your capacity, or which lead was worth having.

Do I have to buy the software to work with you?

No, and the reverse is also true: you can self-host the console and never speak to me again. It is open source and it runs on your machine. What you are paying for when you hire the agency is the reading and the decisions, not access to a dashboard.

Where do I start if I just want to see it work?

With the free audit: your real accounts, read in one pass, walked through in 45 minutes, and the analysis is yours whether we work together or not. The questions people ask before connecting anything are answered on that page. What it costs, what access it needs, and what happens to the data afterwards.
