These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of this website and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, the services provided by Climent Media ("we", "us", "our").

2. Our services
Climent Media provides consultancy and implementation services in the field of artificial intelligence adoption, marketing intelligence, data reporting and workflow automation. The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
3. Use of this website
The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice and may be changed at any time without notice. You may not use this website in any way that is unlawful or that could damage, disable or impair it.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, logos and graphics — is owned by Climent Media unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our prior written permission. Intellectual property arrangements for client work are defined in the applicable engagement agreement.
5. Third-party platforms
Our services may involve integrations with third-party platforms (such as Google and Meta) under their respective terms and developer policies. We are not responsible for the availability, decisions or policy changes of those platforms. Clients remain responsible for their own accounts and for having the authority to grant us access to them.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Climent Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. For services, our liability is limited as set out in the applicable engagement agreement; in the absence of such provision, total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and, for platform data, in our Data Deletion instructions.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
