Lead Qualifier
Drop in a list of companies or leads and get back a clean, deduped, qualified set ready for outreach.
Lead Qualifier takes raw lead or company data and scores software/company fit automatically. It classifies each domain, reuses a cache so it does not pay to re-check what it already knows, and only calls a model when a domain is new or stale.
Key features
- Domain and company-fit classification from a CSV or list
- Smart cache reuse - fast and cheap on repeat domains
- Model classification only for uncached or stale domains
- Person-level dedupe with multiple fallback keys
- Handles large lists with supervised, hardened batches
What it does
It dedupes people intelligently (LinkedIn / name / company-domain / email fallback) so the same person never lands twice, and writes the qualified result to your working store.
The specifics
| Input | CSV / lead list |

What it has actually done
esphera, a client we run paid social for, described the job in almost exactly the words this thing is built around: that we got deeply involved to help them get the best leads — not the most — and to understand their product well enough to know the difference.
That was a person doing it by hand, across a list, for months. Lead Qualifier is the half of that job a machine can actually do: the dedupe, the company and domain fit, and flagging what it could not judge instead of guessing. It does not know which lead is worth having. It makes sure you are looking at the right twenty when you decide, which on a list of two thousand is most of the work and none of the judgement.
What we offer
Lead Qualifier is live and used on real client lists. It runs as a managed service - you hand us the list, we return the qualified output. Access is granted per engagement.
FAQ
Do you scrape or buy the data?
No. You bring the list. It classifies company and domain fit and dedupes the people already in it - it does not go looking for new people, and it does not add contact details you did not have.
Why not just push the list through a model myself?
You can, and on a one-off list you probably should. The difference shows on a list you re-run: it caches what it has already classified, so a domain it has seen costs nothing, and it only calls a model for something new or stale.
Will it tell me who is going to buy?
No, and be careful with anything that says it will. It tells you which rows are the same person, which domains fit the profile you defined, and which ones it could not judge. Who buys is still your conversation.
Can I run it myself?
Not today. It runs as a managed service: you hand over the list, you get the qualified set back, and access is granted per engagement.
