Handover Assistant
Turn a proposal, deck or SOW into a delivery-ready handover package in one pass.
Handover Assistant reads a proposal, sales deck or statement of work (PDF) and produces the package a delivery team actually needs to start: a handover brief, a missing-info checklist, an access and setup checklist, a kickoff agenda and a sales-validation checklist.
Key features
- Reads a PDF proposal / deck / SOW page by page
- Generates brief, checklists and kickoff agenda automatically
- Flags missing information explicitly instead of guessing
- Runs ephemeral - it reads your document and stores nothing
- No credentials or personal data leave the run
What it does
It preserves page references from the source document and marks anything that is missing or unclear, so nothing gets silently assumed between sales and delivery.
The specifics
| Input | Proposal / SOW PDF |
| Output | Handover brief + checklists |
| Privacy | Ephemeral, nothing stored |
What we can and cannot show you yet
Nothing yet, and it would be easy to borrow a number from the ads side of this business and let you assume it belongs here. It does not.
Handover Assistant is in beta with a handful of teams, and the only measurement worth quoting — how much stopped falling through the gap between what was sold and what got delivered — takes a full quarter before it means anything. When there is one, it goes in this space and it will say whose it is. Until then, the strongest thing we can honestly say is that we run your first handovers with you, which is slower for us and cheaper for you than finding out later.
What we offer
Handover Assistant is in beta. If your team loses time turning sold work into delivery kickoffs, request early access and we will run your first handovers with you.
FAQ
Do you keep my proposal?
No. The run is ephemeral - it reads the document and stores nothing. No credentials and no personal data leave the run.
What if the proposal is vague in places?
Then the output says so, with the page it came from. Anything missing or unclear is flagged explicitly instead of guessed. A handover that quietly invents the scope is worse than no handover, because someone believes it.
Is this just a summary of the document?
A summary is a paragraph. What comes back is what a delivery team needs to start: a handover brief, a missing-info checklist, an access and setup checklist, a kickoff agenda and a sales-validation checklist.
It is in beta. What is the catch?
We run your first handovers with you rather than handing you a login. That is slower for us and safer for you, and it is how we find out what the thing still gets wrong.
