What it does
Cold Outbound Engine is a safe control plane for cold email. It ingests leads, runs them through eligibility gates, respects suppression lists, and keeps a full audit log of what happened and why.
It is being built the careful way: the foundation, schema and operator UI exist, with sending held behind explicit, guarded steps.
